Harvard Communities is sold out at all of our neighborhoods in Stapleton, Lowry, Belmar, and RidgeGate. However, we are very excited to announce that our newest RidgeGate neighborhood, NorthSky at RidgeGate, has just started initial construction, and we are currently adding names to our interest list, with actual sales starting late 2013–early 2014.
NorthSky is an intimate neighborhood of just 33 distinctive homes, situated on a dramatic hillside overlooking downtown Denver and the entire Front Range. The homes at NorthSky range from 2,500 sq. ft. to 3,800 sq. ft., including a ranch plan and three different two-story plans. Almost every home features a walk-out lower level. Each home has expansive covered decks for great outdoor living. The homes feature innovative architecture and dramatic yet highly livable floor plans and are expected to be priced from the high $500,000’s.
Like Parkside, our previous RidgeGate neighborhood, NorthSky is a joint venture with Berkeley Homes.
NorthSky is conveniently located in the dynamic, mixed-use community of RidgeGate in Lone Tree, Colorado. RidgeGate is located at the intersection of I-25 and Lincoln Blvd.; it is home to SkyRidge Medical Center, Lone Tree Performing Arts Center, and Lone Tree Recreation Center, as well as many shops and restaurants at Lincoln Commons. RidgeGate features miles of hiking and biking trails, with amazing views of downtown Denver and the entire Front Range. Additionally, the light rail is expected to extend across Lincoln Blvd. into RidgeGate within the next couple of years.
