Harvard Communities is sold out at all of our neighborhoods in Stapleton, Lowry, Belmar, and RidgeGate. However, we are very excited to announce that our newest RidgeGate neighborhood, NorthSky at RidgeGate, has just started initial construction, and we are currently adding names to our interest list, with actual sales starting late 2013–early 2014.
NorthSky is an intimate neighborhood of just 33 distinctive homes, situated on a dramatic hillside overlooking downtown Denver and the entire Front Range. The homes at NorthSky range from 2,500 sq. ft. to 3,800 sq. ft., including a ranch plan and three different two-story plans. Almost every home features a walk-out lower level.
