The Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes joint-venture will be building 34 homes in the new Boulevard One neighborhood of Lowry. We hope to commence sales of these homes in the late fall of this year.
Boulevard One is the final neighborhood in Lowry and will feature new parks, trails and open spaces, as well as an urban mix of houses, shops and restaurants. Located between Quebec and Monaco, just south of First Avenue, Boulevard One will be Lowry’s most dynamic and exciting neighborhood.
We will be building two collections of homes at Boulevard One. Our smaller home collection will feature homes from around 2,100 square feet to 2,600 square feet and will include a main floor master design. Our larger home collection, which will front a lush new park, will feature homes from around 2,600 square feet to 3,200 square feet and will include a rare ranch plan.
