The many Harvard individuals and craftsmen that built my home seemed to take tremendous pride in the work they performed with the final product showing months of painstaking details. Indeed, friends of mine with big beautiful homes are constantly commenting to me on how amazing my home turned out and marvel at the attention to detail. I am no longer try to "keep up with the Jones'", now I am the Jones'!
Harvard Communities definitely has there head and heart in the right place when they design homes. I see it every month when my electric bill is half of what people in SMALLER homes are paying. Their "extreme" insulating and focus on using the best HVAC systems has truly created an energy efficient and economical home that keeps me comfortable on the hottest and coldest of days. Though people constantly comment on the beauty of the exterior and interior designs and finishes, I know that some of the most careful and diligent work was done within the walls, crawls spaces, and attic spaces. I would recommend a Harvard home to anyone without reservation.

[ - ] Close The home was exactly what we were looking for; good location, good schools, unique design and provocative architecture. The American home architectural vernacular is painfully boring, it was exciting to find a builder bold enough to break from the norm and produce a house that is architecturally original and interesting.
Working with Harvard Communities during the construction process was a smooth as could be expected. They were professional, prompt, and fair, and completed the home on time. They were willing to change little things at our request with little or no delay in the construction schedule.
The warranty administration was also very good. Jim Cronkhite was responsive, professional and thorough during our first year of ownership. The home was well built, so we had only minor warranty issues, but Harvard Communities took care of them and stood by their product.
I would definitely consider buying another home from Harvard Communities in the future.

[ - ] Close We have now lived in a Harvard Communities, Steamplant Patio Home in Lowry for slightly more than 2 years. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience in both the home and the neighborhood.
The home has been very livable, with big rooms, open space, state of the art appliances, floors, and HVAC. We entertain frequently and have found the home to sufficiently accommodate anywhere from 4 to as many as 75 people.

[ - ] Close We have had a very positive experience with our home from Harvard. Our home seems to have been constructed with a great deal of skill and quality. Any issues we have had with the home have been largely cosmetic in nature, and they most have been repaired in a timely manner.
In addition, we always felt like you have been upfront with us regarding our home. The dates provided were met, and we were always well informed about the steps in the construction process. Also, we felt as if the pricing aspects of the home were very accurate, where other builders tend to bury costs in options.
We would certainly recommend Harvard to other buyers
